Natural Black Olives

Kalamata black olives
Our Kalamata black olives are hand-picked and shipped to our factory in styropore boxes to decrease contact with hard surfaces.
They are then fermented for three months before the processing phase. Once the processing phase is done, the Kalamata olives are carefully calibrated resulting in two different sizes: 100 to 120 per kg and 120 to 140 per kg.
Our Kalamata olives are then packed in their final brine and in barrel sizes as chosen by our client, ready for shipping.
